Delivery plan
Many of the tools needed to effectively regenerate Trowbridge are already in place, namely the Urban Design Framework, an Economic Impact Assessment and a Car Parking Strategy.
The mechanism to apply these and to meet the key challenges requires a Delivery Plan. This sets out the work streams and provides a framework for delivery. The work streams include:
- Promotion, marketing, branding
- Transport and car parking
- Improving and maintaining the public realm (including signage)
- Key site development/Inward Investment
- River Biss
- Housing enabling and renewal
