What has happened so far?
The transformation is in progress! Some current developments have been influenced by the Urban Design Framework, including the Newland Homes redevelopment of the Conigre and the Doric Construction development at Longfield roundabout. There is also redevelopment of the Conigre Parsonage and the surrounding area after more than 30 years of dereliction.
