The scheme will provide Trowbridge with an investment of £35 million and has the capacity to create some 200 full and part time jobs.


Detailed Planning Consent has been granted for this exciting retail-led mixed-use development. Demolition of existing buildings on the site has started and construction work will begin during Autumn 2008. It is anticipated that the main retail and courtyard elements will open in Spring 2009.
Parkridge developments announces three key national retailers
