Site proposal

Newland Homes have built 87 apartments with associated car parking and four shop units on the former Ushers Brewery site off Back Street. The scheme kept the original historic façade of the Brewery building with new apartments being developed behind this. Together with an earlier phase of housing development around The Conigre, this development, together with the recently opened Sainsbury’s store, largely completes the regeneration of the former Brewery Quarter.
