Council-owned land around East Wing County Hall

In terms of the future development  of the Council’s land it is clear that the Workplace Transformation Programme  will result in much of the site being vacated over the next two years. This will create the opportunity to reconsider potential uses for the land and they mechanisms how these might be delivered. This may include scope for a Council-led approach to the development of the land.
